I was in charge of making the lefse for Thanksgiving this year. Naturally if I'm in the kitchen Abby is right there helping!
As you can see hers was a little on the thick side.
She even tried to roll it herself, which didn't go so well for her.
She decided maybe a little patting.....
And more flour would help. It may not have helped her, but she sure was proud of her lefse!
